This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0187 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 I.P.C and Sections 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Khekara, District- Baghpat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 09.08.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused -Sunny , Tanuj Dhaka, Ankit , Haroon and Badal Alias Balendra have already been enlarged on bail by this Court as well as by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 29.07.202
