Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Rahul Chauhan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.165 of 2025, under Section 8/20/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.3.2025. From the perusal of the First Information Report it appears that 67.300 kg of ganja has been recovered from the joint possession of the accused and other co-accused which are named in the FIR.
