This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Ram Teerath Alias Baba seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 377 of 2023, under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Parur, District Shahjahanpur. 3. The brief facts of the case are that the accused Ram Teerath Alias Baba and the other accused persons Satish alias Bhoora, Bhawarpal alias Mukhia have committed attempt of murder and caused criminal intimidation and intentional insult to the informant. He prohibited him not to abuse due to this reason they annoyed and caused fire arm injury to Hasnu
