This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ganesh Yadav @ Ganesh Shankar Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in S.T.No. 2310 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 123 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 352, 103 (1), 109 (1), 61 (2)a BNS, Police Station- Bahariya, District- Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.04.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Mohd. Urman has al
