Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rambabu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0778 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 34 IPC, Police Station- Baraut, District- Baghpat. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.11.2023. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Vipin Bhagauta and Vishal @ Kalu have already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by orders dated 07.02.2025 and 21.04.2025 passed
