The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 384 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 3(5) and 6(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name surfaced during the course of investigation. He further submits that on the basis of false and general allegation the applicant has been made accused in the present matter. He further submits that the named accused namely Rahul Yadav @ Rahul Nayak, Sahil Shahu and Akash Shahu have been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2025, 09.05.2025 and 15.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 6007 of 20
