This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Swapnil Sharma, seeking enlargement on bail in Case No. 912 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 800 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 61 (2), 103 (1), 49, 54, 352, 351 (3) BNS, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Shahjahanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.12.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Nishant Mishra, Anmol Saxena and Aryan Singh @ Shubhankar, have already been enlarged on bail
