Heard Sri Dhiraj Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Gautam Kumar seeking enlargement on bail in S.T. No. 65 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 22 of 2022, under Sections 457, 394, 342, 302, 411, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Swaroop Nagar, District- Kanpur Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 05.09.2022. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Sandeep Kashyap, has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 23.11.
