Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station - Sadar Bazar, District- Agra during pendency of trial. 3. It is the submission of learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is neither the gang leader nor organizer nor member of the gang and the provision of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986 may not be applicable in the facts and circumstances of the case.
