Act in Case Crime No.91 of 2018, Police Station- G.R.P. Manikpur, District Chitrakoot. 2. Sri Ram Harsh, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case of train robbery carried out in Nagpur to Chhapra train. The F.I.R. has been registered against anonymous person. The name of the accused has been figured out from the statement of co-accused. The charge sheet has been submitted. He is in jail since March, 2019. The co-accused has already been granted bail. He has explained the criminal history of 30 cases in paragraph 21 of the bail application. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged
