Gate, District Agra is such that Rekha, sister of appellant was married to Manish Soni son of Shiv Lal Soni on 7th July, 2016. In marriage, dowry in the shape of Rs.10 lacs cash, Maruti Ciaz car and jewellery worth Rs.2 lacs was given, but in-laws were dissatisfied with the dowry, hence resorted to physical and mental cruelty for demand of additional dowry.
