Kharkhauda, District Meerut, whereby the respondents-accused Mithun alias Monti, Neeraj, Brahma Singh and Smt.Vidya Devi, have been acquitted of the charges framed for the offence under Sections498A, 304B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P.Act. 3.
