The above noted criminal appeal is filed against the order dated 31.07.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Firozabad in S.T. No. 97 of 2019 (State of U.P vs. Chhotu @ Ramendra and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 211 of 2018, under Sections- 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S.- Nagla Khanger, District- Firozabad. 3.
