The order impugned in the present case is the judgment and order dated 19.07.2023 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Azamgarh. Against the said order, the statutory remedy is available under Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. This criminal appeal under Section 372 Cr.P.C has been filed which is not in accordance with law and is hereby dismissed with liberty to the appellant to file fresh appeal before the Competent Court.
