This Criminal Appeal U/S 372 Cr.P.C., has been preferred praying for setting aside the judgment and order dated 20.10.2023 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, court no.8, Saharanpur in Sessions Trial No.668 of 2012 (C.N.R. No.UPSP01003901-2016), arising out of case crime no.111 of 2012, under Sections 304 and 504 I.P.C., P.S. Rampur Maniharan, District Saharanpur whereby respondent nos.5 and 6 have been acquitted for all the offences alleged against them but another accused Raju alias Rajveer Singh has been convicted under Sections 304 and 504 I.P.C. 3. The brief facts of the case are that on 24.04.2012 the informant along with his family members was doing thresher work for threshing wh
