No one has appeared on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal, however, learned AGA for the State is present. 2. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat vide letter dated 15.01.2025 has informed this Court that appellant no.1 Vinod Kumar alias Chhotey has already passed away on 22.05.2013 and appellant no.2 Smt. Kishori Devi has already passed away on 26.12.2008. 3. In verification of their death, death certificate issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh and police report of Constable Gaurav Kumar, Police Station Derapur, District Kanpur Dehat have been annexed. 4. In view of the above, since both the appellants had already passed away, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 5. Trial court record be remitted back to the court concerned.
