Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buland Shaher vide letter dated 02.07.2024 has informed this Court that sole appellant Khatun has already passed away on 05.01.2013. 3. In verification of her death, statement of Shukeen Khan and Anees, sons of the deceased has been recorded. Death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan Smt. Prasanna Pathak, Gram Panchayat Pyana Khurd, Block Uncha Gaon, District Buland Shaher has been annexed. Police report of S.I. Narendra Singh of Police Station Narsaina, District Buland Shaher has also been annexed. 4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the above, since the sole appellant has already passed away, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6. Trial court record, if any, be remitted back to the
