Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffar Nagar vide letter dated 24.12.2021 has informed this Court that sole appellant Vinod has already passed away about five-six years back. 3. In verification of his death, statement of Brahmpal and Rajpal, cousins of the appellant-deceased Vinod has been recorded. Police report of S.I. Jugal Kishor of Police Station Purkazi, District Muzaffar Nagar has been annexed. 4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the above, since the sole appellant Vinod has already passed away, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6.
