C.J.M, Hapur, vide his letter dated 23.1.2025, has informed this Court that sole appellant- Kavindra has already passed away on 26.1.2023. In verification of his death, statement of Mahek Singh cousin of the deceased and Amresh Devi, wife of the deceased has been recorded. The death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan has been annexed. Police report by S.I. Amardeep, Police Station- Gadhi Pukhta, District-Shamli has also been annexed. 3. In view of the above, since sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 4. Trial court record, if available be sent back to the court concerned.
