At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that in the instant case, both the appellants, namely, Maniram and Bansi has already passed away on 11.1.2019 and 31.3.2019 respectively. In verification of their death, death certificates issued by Government of U.P has been annexed, which is taken on record, and shall form part of this appeal. In view thereof, since both the appellants, Maniram and Bansi has already passed away, the instant appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
