Man Singh & Anr.), convicting the appellants under Sections 302/34 and 307/34 IPC and sentencing them to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302/34 IPC and to undergo rigorous imprisonment of five years for the offence uner Section 307/34. 3.
