List has been revised. No one has appeared on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal, however, learned AGA for the State is present. 2. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad vide letter dated 27.03.2024 has informed this Court that sole appellant Raj Kumar has already passed away about 12-13 years back, while he was confined in Central Jail, Agra. 3. In verification of his death, statement of Nepal, real brother of the deceased has been recorded. Death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan Deepa, Gram Panchayat Maheshpur, Block Nanauta, District Saharanpur has been annexed. Police report of S.I. Lal Bahadur Singh of Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad has also been annexed. 4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5.
