Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal at Chandausi vide letter dated 21.03.2022 has informed this Court that sole appellant Ram Autar has already passed away on 04.07.2006. 3. In verification of his death, statement of Vijay Pal, son of the deceased has been recorded. Statement of Gram Pradhan Balram Singh, Gram Panchayat Karchhali, Police Station Kaila Devi, District Sambhal has also been recorded. Police report of S.I. Rajeev Kumar of Police Station Kaila Devi, District Sambhal has also been annexed. 4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5.
