Gupta, I Additional Sessions Judge, Mathura in Sessions Trial No. 165 of 1985, convicting the appellant under Section 460 IPC and sentencing him to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 460 IPC. 3. In compliance to the earlier order, the learned CJM, Mathura vide his communication dated 13.08.2025 has reported that the sole appellant namely Shyam Sunder is dead. 4.
