Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad vide letter dated 05.08.2023 has informed this Court that both the appellants Manfool and Smt. Satya Wati had already passed away. 3. In verification of their death, statement of Badam Singh, brother of appellant no.1 and son of appellant no.2 has been recorded. Statement of Gram Pradhan Harish Chand, Gram Panchayat Mahlai, Block Badhpur, District Farrukhabad has also been recorded. Police Report of S.I. Deepak Kumar of Police Station Mau Darwaza, District Farrukhabad has been annexed. 4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5.
