In verification of his death, statement of Sethpal son of Sadhu and Panna cousin of deceased has been recorded. The death certificate issued by the government of Uttar Pradesh has also been annexed. Police report by S.I. Ranvir Singh, Police Station-Chhapar, District-Muzaffarnagar has also been annexed. 2. In view of the above since sole appellant had already passed away, this criminal appeal stands dismissed as having been abated.
