Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 28.09.1984 and 08.10.1984 passed by Sri Inder Pal Singh, Higher Judicial Service, Special Judge at Bijnor in Sessions Trial No. 172 of 1983, convicting the appellant under Sections 302/149, 307/149, 148 IPC and sentencing him to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302/149 IPC; to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of seven years for the offence under Section 307/149 IPC and to further undergo for a period of two years for the offence under Section 148 IPC. 3. In compliance to the last order, the learned CJM, Bijnor vide his communication dated 28.07.2025 has reported that the sole appellant - Ram Chandra died on 16.07.2025. 4. In view of the above, the present appeal is declared abated. It is accordingly consigned to
