In verification of his death, statement of Jaggu Gurjar and Satveer, father and brother respectively of the appellant- deceased has been recorded. Police report of S.I. Maiyadeen Singh of Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad has been annexed. 4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the above, since the sole appellant has already passed away, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6.
