Learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned AGA are present. 3. C. J. M., Saharanpur vide his letter dated 11.8.2025 has informed this Court that appellant no. 1 Sanjay S/o Bedu has passed away fourteen years back. Appellant no. 2 Bhagat, S/o Sahendra has also passed away on 26.10.2022. In verification of their death, statements of Pratap Singh, brother of Sanjay has been recorded. Statement of Manglesh Pawar, cousin of appellant no. 2 Bhagat has also been recorded. Death certificate issued by Pradhan of Gram Panchayat, Babupura, district- Saharanpur and Government of U. P., have also been annexed. Police report by Sub-Inspector Ravindra Kasana, police station- Deoband has also been annexed. 4. In view thereof, since both the appellants have died, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 5. Trial Court record, if any, be r
