Shamshery, II Additional Sessions Judge, Meerut in Sessions Trial No. 326 of 1982, convicting the appellants under Sections 302/34, 201/34 IPC and sentencing them to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302/34 IPC and to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years for the offence under Section 201/34 IPC. 3. By earlier order dated 26.09.2018, the appeal filed on behalf of appellant no.2 - Smt. Murti has been declared abated. 4. In compliance to the last order, the learned CJM, Meerut vide his communication dated 28.07.2025 has reported that appellant no.1 - Mangey died on 13.03.2025. 5.
