Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad vide letter dated 29.10.2022 has informed this Court that sole appellant Jitendra @ Kalu has already passed away on 03.12.2020. 3. In verification of his death, statement of Vineet Dagar and Harendra Singh, son and brother respectively of the appellant-deceased Jitendra @ Kalu has been recorded. Death certificate issued by Government of N.C.T. of Delhi has been annexed. Police report of S.I. Harendra Singh of Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad has also been annexed. 4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5.
