Preliminary objection is raised by the learned counsel for the informant that the instant appeal under section 374 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “Code, 1973”) readwith section 389 of Cr.P.C. against the Judgment and Order dated 11-07-2025 and the order of 2 punishment/sentence dated 15-07-2025 passed by the learned Special Judge,S.C./S.T. Act (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,1989 (hereinafter referred to as “Act, 1989”) in Sessions Trial No. 200 of 2018, under sections 307, 32
