Jalaun at Orai, whereby the learned court below has convicted the present appellant for offence under Section 302 IPC for the murder of his wife Sunita and sentenced him for life with fine Rs. 10,000/-. Also, the learned court below has convicted the appellant for offence under Section 201 IPC and sentenced him for five years and fine Rs. 5000/-. Further, the learned court below has convicted the appellant for offence under Section 498A IPC and sentenced him for three years and fine Rs. 3000/-.
