Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur vide letter dated 21.01.2022 has informed this Court that sole appellant Qamar Alam has already passed away on 16.03.2018. 3. In verification of his death, statement of Abdul Salam, brother of the appellant-deceased Qamar Alam has been recorded. Death certificate issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has been annexed. Police report of Police Station Devgaon, District Saharanpur has also been annexed. 4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the above, since the sole appellant Qamar Alam has already passed away, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6.
