Ramila wife of Balveer Singh and Rajesh has been recorded. The death certificate duly issued by Pradhan, Gram Panchayat-Poiya, Block-Khandauli, District- Agra has been annexed. Police report by S.I. Sachin Kumar, P.S. Khandauli, District- Agra has also been annexed. 2. In view thereof, since the sole appellant had already passed away, the instant criminal appeal stands dismissed as having been abated. 3. Trial court record be sent back to the court concerned.
