There were two appellants in the present case. Anwar S/o Munna Hussain, i.e., appellant no.1 and Laddan, S/o Mussaraf Hussain, i.e., appellant no.2. The appeal was declared as abated with respect to appellant no.2 i.e., Laddan vide order dated 6.1.2020 passed by this Court. A report dated 25.3.2025 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzzaffarnagar has been received which discloses that the appellant no.1 i.e., Anwar also died on 27.1.2025. The appeal is also declared as abated in respect of appellant no.1 i.e., Anwar, S/o Munna Hussain. The appeal stands abated and shall be consigned to records. The appellants were on bail.
