In verification of his death, statement of Rakesh Kumar son of Ra Pal and Mahendra Singh son of Hari Singh has been recorded. The death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan has been annexed. Police report by S.I. Rajat Yadav, Police Station-Babugarh, District- Hapur has also been annexed. 3. In view of the above, since sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 4. Trial court record, if available be sent back to the court concerned.
