C.J.M, Mainpuri, vide his letter dated 15.1.2025, has informed this Court that sole appellant- Prem Singh has already passed away about 25 years back. In verification of his death, statement of Omwati, wife of Prem Singh and Rohit Kumar, son of Prem Singh has been recorded. The death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan has been annexed. Police report by S.I. Shankar Singh, Police Station-Karhal, District-Mainpuri has also been annexed. 3. In view of the above, since sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 4. Trial court record, if available be sent back to the court concerned.
