In verification of his death, statement of Guru Prasad son of Shiv Bhushan has been recorded. Death certificate duly issued by Gram Pradhan, Nari has also been annexed. Police Report dated 26.07.2025 by S.I. Ram Adhar Sing, Police Station Pailani, District Banda has also been annexed. 4. In view of the above, since the sole appellant-Shiv Bhushan has already expired, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
