Malkhan and others) arising out of Case Crime No.231 of 1986, outpost Jait, Police Station-Vrindavan, District Mathura, whereby they alongwith Kamal Singh were convicted for offence under Section 302/34 IPC and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life. 2.
