Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 30.04.1985 passed by Mr. Sripal, VII Additional Sessions Judge, Aligarh in Sessions Trial No. 148 of 1984, convicting the appellant under Sections 302, 324 IPC and sentencing him to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302 IPC together with fine Rs. 500/- and to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year for the offence under Section 324 IPC. 2. In compliance to the last order, the learned CJM, Aligarh vide his communication dated 02.08.2025 has reported that the sole appellant - Ram Baboo died about five years ago. 3.
