No one has appeared on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal, however, learned AGA for the State is present. 2. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad vide letter dated 27.02.2024 has informed this Court that appellant no.1- Rameshwar has already passed away on 06.12.2013. It has further been informed that appellant no.2- Vidya Ram has also passed away on 19.09.2018. 3. In verification of their death, statement of Prayag Singh, grandson of appellant no.1- Rameshwar and Rakesh Kumar, son of appellant no.2- Vidya Ram has been recorded. Death certificates issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has been annexed. Police report of S.I. Amar Singh of Police Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad has also been annexed. 4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the above, since both the appellants had already passed away, the instant criminal appeal
