In verification of his death, statement of Satyendra Singh Sengar and Arun Singh son of Shailendra Singh has also been recorded. The death certificate issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has also been annexed. Police report by S.I. Ramesh Kumar, P.S. Pailani, District- Banda has also been annexed. 2. In view thereof, since the sole appellant had already passed away, the instant criminal appeal stands dismissed as having been abated. 3.
