In verification of his death, statement of Manoj Kumar son of Brahamma Singh and Swastik Teotia son of Jagveer Singh Teotia has been recorded. The death certificate issued by Sabhasad, Ward No. 17, Nagar Palika Parishad, Pilkhuwa, Hapur has been annexed. Police report by S.I. Dinesh Chandra Gautam, Police Station-Pilkhuwa, District-Hapur has also been annexed. 2. In view of the above since sole appellant has already passed away, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 3. Trial court record, if any, be remitted back to the court concerned.
