Counsel for the appellants submits that against the order dated 23.05.2025 questioned in the present appeal, the appeal under Section 13(1-A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 is not maintainable and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 2. In view of the submissions made, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 3. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned back to the counsel for the appellants on supplying a self attested photocopy of the order impugned.
