The review-petitioner submits that he had preferred a writ petition claiming his right to continue in service till the age of 60 years and the Writ Court by means of judgment and order dated 13.05.2019 passed in W.P. No. 9739 (SS) of 2018 permitted the review-petitioner to discharge his duties in the department till attaining the age of retirement at 60 years. 3.
