Perused the order sheet. 2. On every date time has been sought by the learned counsel for the applicant seeking review on one pretext or the other. 3. Today, also none appeared for the petitioner and the Court dismissed the review application for want of prosecution. Thereafter, Shri Manoj Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel appeared, however, instead of arguing the matter he says that some more time be given. One has only to peruse the order dated 16.01.2025, 20.02.2025 and 22.04.2025 to understand that this is nothing but abuse of the process of the Court. Last opportunity had already been given in April, 2025. If six months are not enough for preparing a review application one fails to understand how much time is required. 4. The review application is dismissed for want of prosecution, as, the learned counsel for the applicant has not argued the matter on merits. (Raja
