The instant review application has been filed seeking review of order dated 28.10.2023 passed in Writ-A No.14467/2021 along with an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the review application. 3. The Registry of this Court has reported that this review application is beyond time by 612 days as on 31.07.2025 which is the date of filing of this review application. We have perused the explanation given in the affidavit in support of the application for condonation of delay. We find that an effort has been made to explain the delay only on the ground of illness and poor financial condition of the applicant. There are no details in respect of illness of applicant, his mother and further, there are no details of his financial status. This Court is of the view
