This writ petition challenges a show cause notice dated 23 July 2025 issued to the petitioner by the Commandant of 162 Bn Border Security Force. 2. After hearing learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to take up before the Authority, who has issued the show cause notice and who would be adjudicating it, all the grounds taken in this writ petition. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also places reliance on letter dated 18 December 2024 issued by the Commandant of 109 Bn. He is W.P.(C) 11816/2025 4.
