It is the case of the petitioner that he had participated in the recruitment process for the post of Technical Assistant (Post Code-2) in response to the Advertisement No.01-R/2016 issued by the National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies (NISTADS), New Delhi. In the result declared on 03.11.2017, he was declared successful. However, despite this, no Offer of Appointment was issued to him.
